Rontom - show number 4
Our 4th show at Rontoms,
Thank-yall for coming! I was so happy to see so many familiar faces. We laughed, caught up, felt excited for all the anticipation, found myself singing along, hearing the song ‘Amber Born Pheasant,’ watched the photographers snap and waiting for the right moments, outfit swapping, making phone calls on the big pink phone, borrowed the acid wash denim jacket, ate devilish eggs with bacon, wore false collars and bolo ties, welcomed you all with biiiig hugs, glad you could come out, stood by Dan at the water station, learned 3 sound tech signals, did a couple merch trades for art and a shirt, took home a bumper sticker, was so happy finally to have yall come to the show after so much talk about it and we stayed till the end and closed out the night with corn dogs in Kenton.

1234 House
1234 House,
Thank-you @1234house for hosting the Friends of Trees gathering. We had a wonderful time listening and being part of all the 🎶🎶There were so many things happening at once and to name a few wont do justice but I will try.

Opening the front door to Evans to be greeted with hugs, setting up my merch next to the computer, making space for cans in fridges, hearing about surfing, dreaming about Mexico, looking at the red steps, only full hugs, 4 Italian roll walls, couch made out of butter with a radish lamp, seeing a little sunburn rose color on your cheeks, listening to Henrys band play, remembering The We Shared Milk, a baby shower shot and talks of bedazzling, the room hanging onto the quiet parts for Tyler and Skyler, seeing palace fiction and singing in my head, ‘we don’t even notice we’re too busy treading water, oh for days and days’, hearing Stevies voice and lyrical admiration, the band permanently dialed in on all the songs, feeling BW’s presence in the room and shedding a tear during Green Trombone, sharing vulnerabilities, walking out into the audience, chatting about warped tour and cans of chili. We had an amazing time!
For Eugene with Love
Eugene,
I'm so grateful that all 50 of us reclaimed winter and made the most of a beautiful night of music. Thank you for joining us at the Hybrid Gallery for our second Gretta Seabird show. It was an absolute joy to be there with you.

We hugged, shook hands, met for the first time, and felt Jen’s warm welcome. Evan kept everything running smoothly, anticipation built during soundcheck, and laughter filled the room. We enjoyed Breaking Bread’s focaccia and ciabatta, took a group photo, reminisced of times in Yachats, and spotted familiar faces. There were glittery cowboy hats, corduroy caps, stickers, beanies, and a makeshift merch display from April.
We witnessed Killy’s heartfelt first set, Ila joining in for a song, and Jordan’s trumpet adding new layers. I saw you dancing in the back, i was twisting knobs and experimenting in real time. The nerves faded as I sang from the heart, nearly in tears. You stayed until the end, bought me a drink, i shared bedazzled earplugs, i took your recommended Still Life with Woodpecker.

The energy soared with Mr. Vale’s Math Class, winter’s weight lifted by music. A well-timed water chug from the sax player, the audience becoming percussion, harmonies forming in my head for Addicted to You, and Ben on tambourine. It all came together in pure joy. Most of all, I felt the overwhelming presence of support, love, and community.
Thank you.
